YES! At O'Reilly Family Dental we have a multitude of patients without dental insurance. With that in mind we created an in office dental savings plan, Smile Pro Plan, that provides an alternative to patients without dental insurance. Patients who sign up for Smile Pro Plan, pay an annual fee to receive regular exams, cleanings, and X-rays along with reduced rates on all other restorative and cosmetic dental procedures performed in our office. Plus, the plan offers many benefits including no annual caps, no limits, and no waiting periods. This provides for quick access to the care you need!
The O'Reilly Family Dental Smile Pro Plan is a one year program that includes the following:
-
2 Cleanings and Exams covered at 100%
-
All necessary X-Rays (including FMX)
-
1 Emergency Visit (Exam and X-Rays)
-
10% discount on all other dental treatment (when paid in full)
-
Oral cancer screening

Program Exclusions & LimitationsThis is a savings plan, NOT Dental Insurance. It cannot be combined with any other insurance. It is only valid at O'Reilly Family Dental; care from other providers and specialists is not included. Plan fees are subject to change. Services are based upon a plan year. HOW DOES MY
INSURANCE WORK AT
O'REILLY FAMILY DENTAL?
At O'Reilly Family Dental, we are able to accept any insurance plan where a patient has the freedom to choose their provider. What that means is if you are insured under a PPO plan, we can accept and submit to your dental insurance on your behalf. Whether we are a participating provider (i.e., in network) with the plan is a separate question. We are Delta Dental Premier Providers only. That doesn't mean you can't be seen in our office if you are not under Delta Dental! In fact majority of our patients are covered by alternative insurance companies! For most patients there is no difference between in and out of network benefits for preventative care like cleanings and exams! We understand that dental insurance can be confusing and are happy help facilitate a complete dental benefits verification so you have full knowledge of how your coverage works on your behalf. We are experts at this and do it daily! We can send a pre-determination prior to any treatment so you can know your coverage and any associated patient costs without any surprises!

We are unable to accept HMO plans where you are assigned by your insurance company to a specific dentist.
YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
WHAT INFORMATION
DO I NEED FOR MY
FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Our entire team works in tandem to make the first trip into our office a seamless transition. When scheduling your first appointment, a patient coordinator will guide you through any necessary new patient paperwork, verify insurance if applicable, and inquire about previous dental records. We like to send the paperwork ahead of time so that patients do not feel rushed when filling it out. It also allows our team the proper time to review your information at the beginning of the appointment. If you are unable to fill out the paperwork in advance we ask that you allow yourself an additional 15 -20 minutes prior to your appointment start time so that you may complete it in office. Arriving late and with out the proper paper work will put your dental team behind and may mean we will be unable to complete all intended services that day.

WILL I GET A
CLEANING MY
FIRST VISIT?
A cleaning will only be completed after the doctor ensures it is the appropriate treatment for your specific oral health. If it’s been a few years since you’ve been to the dentist, a cleaning may not be the highest priority item for your mouth. There are certain conditions that determine if a cleaning is not the first best course of treatment. Once your oral health is stabilized, you can expect to have your exam and cleaning/hygiene appointments at the same time going forward!
